Nutrition and Food Science


The Nutrition and Food Science Unit aims to nurture concerned citizens who take an active role in bettering the lives of those around them through their knowledge in nutrition and health, food literacy and food science.

 
The approach to the teaching and learning of Nutrition and Food Science involves:
